Founded in 1997 as a wine bar and restaurant, Tre Galli brought the spirit of French bistronomy to Turin, becoming a pioneer — the place that shaped the city’s wine bar with kitchen. Opening in the historic Quadrilatero Romano, it also helped turn the neighborhood into one of Turin’s most vibrant areas.
