Our by-the-glass selection offers a rotating snapshot of the wine list: around 15 labels across sparkling, whites, reds and sweet wines, with a mix of Italian and international bottles, including a focus on Piedmont’s native grape varieties. A carefully curated selection, designed to guide you through the pleasure of discovery and tasting.
Grappa, local digestifs and regional spirits await you at the bar, perfect for easing into the evening after dinner, alongside a selection of Italian and international fine spirits, amari, vermouth and liqueurs that round out our offering and complete the experience.
